Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your Garagetek gear. If something isn’t right, contact us at info@garagetekbaitco.com within 30 days of delivery and we’ll get it sorted out.

Jig Station: May be returned within 30 days if complete, in original packaging, and in like-new condition. The Jig Station is also covered by a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. We’ll repair or replace any defective unit.

Skirt material, weed guards, and components: Returnable within 30 days if unopened and in the original packaging. Opened packs can’t be returned.

Jigs: Returnable within 30 days if unused and not fished.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items: Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you, including shipping.

Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
